Doha: Experts commended the Supreme Judicial Council’s (SJC) newly launched WhatsApp-based judicial services, highlighting their wide scope, rapid response, and user-friendliness.
Lawyer Saif Al-Muradi described the platform as a transformative leap toward delivering smarter, faster, and more accessible justice to all users, both in Qatar and abroad.
The Supreme Judicial Council announced last week the rollout of a new suite of digital services via WhatsApp, supported by a “virtual employee” powered by robotic process automation (RPA) technologies.
This initiative is part of the Council’s broader strategy to modernise the justice system, simplify legal procedures, and improve access to services through smart technology.
Speaking to Qatar TV recently, Al-Muradi said the real value of the new system lies in its ability to combine speed, precision, efficiency, and simplicity—all of which are critical to legal users.
