The decomposed body was discovered in the Mill River in Taunton, Massachusetts last Friday, one of numerous bodies found in the Bay State, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

His body was found in Mill River by walkers, and had obvious signs of decomposition. He grew up in Rhode Island and is a graduate of Elon University.
