
New docs reveal how DHS argued they have authority to censor 'misinformation'

Documents newly revealed by FOIA reveal that DHS has argued in internal memos that the agency has regulatory or statutory authority to clamp down on "misinformation."
But because DHS withheld all the substance in these memos that AFPF requested via FOIA and then by a lawsuit, the group says DHS is effectively relying on secret authorities for its work in the "MDM Space." Brianna Herlihy is a politics writer for Fox News Digital.
