Never challenged Rhea Chakraborty's bail order, NCB Mumbai tells Supreme Court

The NCB Mumbai informed the CJI led bench that they had not challenged the grant of bail to Rhea Chakraborty.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai had moved the Apex court after the Bombay High Court granted bail to actor Rhea Chakraborty in the alleged drug use case. During a hearing on March 18, the NCB Mumbai informed the CJI led bench that they had not challenged the grant of bail. Solicitor general Tushar Mehta, appearing for the centre, told the CJI led bench that the plea was not against the grant of bail but had challenged certain observations made in the judgment.
