Netanyahu: Hamas will 'pay the price' for not returning body of Israeli hostage

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Friday Hamas will "pay the price" for failing to release the body of hostage Shiri Babas, according to the peace agreement with Israel.
