
National sheriffs’ group sounds alarm over spike in migrant deaths at southern border

A national sheriffs' association is warning about the surge in migrant deaths and distributing a report containing graphic images of what law enforcement are seeing.
That is amid a surging migrant crisis that notched up more than 2.3 million migrant encounters in FY 2022, compared to the already-high 1.7 million in FY21. Adam Shaw is a politics reporter for Fox News Digital, primarily covering immigration and border security.
