Narada case: CBI withdraws appeal in SC against Calcutta HC order

CBI has with drawn it's Narada case plea from the Supreme Court. The Central agency wull not raise all the issue before the high court.

The Central Beaureu of Investigation withdraws Narada hearing plea from Supreme Court. All issues regarding the case will now be heard before the high court. Solicitor general also asked the Supreme Court to adjourn the matter to Friday. The Supreme Court asks why CBI and the Central government did not take action against political leaders, who tried to "besiege CBI office”.
