The mummified corpse of the leader of the “Love Has Won” cult was found enshrined with Christmas lights in a Colorado home, authorities said.
Amy Carlson, 45, who was known as “Mother God” by her followers, was found dead, wrapped in a sleeping bag in the rural town of Moffat on Wednesday, according to arrest affidavits. A follower told authorities that he had taken in a group of people who needed a place to stay, and later discovered the body upon returning home from a trip to Denver.
It was a flashback to NYC in the 1990s.
