Mohan Delkar suicide case: Silvassa collector moves Bombay HC citing Param Bir Singh's letter

Silvassa Collector has sought protection from coercive action and quashing of an FIR registered against him in the Mohan Delkar suicide case.

Silvassa Collector Sandeep Kumar Singh has filed a petition before the Bombay High Court seeking protection from coercive action and quashing on an FIR registered against him at the Marine Drive police station in Mumbai. The FIR was registered on March 9 in a case related to the alleged suicide of Dadra and Nagar Haveli Lok Sabha MP Mohan Delkar. Sandeep Kumar Singh is one of the nine people who have been accused of abetment to suicide in the FIR.
