Missouri law banning gender-changing treatments for minors takes effect

Two laws in Missouri went into effect on Monday, which restrict transgender youth from sex reassignment care and playing on sports teams with members of the opposite sex.
In the other law, student athletes from kindergarten through college are required to play sports on teams that align with their birth-assigned sex. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
