Missouri AG claims liberal St. Louis prosecutor ignoring 'rule of law' as he seeks to oust her

Missouri Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey offered 'Hannity' an update in his legal proceedings seeking to oust St. Louis prosecutor Kimberly Gardner.
Bailey told Fox News there are several alleged examples of such negligence, but discussed one in particular relating to the prosecution of Daniel Riley, 21, who had been out on bail multiple times and struck a teenager with a vehicle. Charles Creitz is a reporter for Fox News Digital.
Bailey says Gardner is responsible for Riley's release on bond, but Gardner on Thursday denied that claim and said she had told one judge to revoke Riley's bond. He joined Fox News in 2013 as a writer and production assistant.
