Barry Morphew has filed a complaint against Colorado prosecutors for allegedly violating his civil rights. He was accused of killing his wife before charges were dropped.
"Barry suffered the indignity of being wrongfully arrested, jailed and prosecuted for a crime he did not commit," Iris Eytan, Morphew's attorney, said in a statement this week. "We will not rest until those responsible for this miscarriage of justice are held accountable." Audrey Conklin is a digital reporter for Fox News Digital and FOX Business.
