The pardon Joe vowed he would never give comes just days before Hunter was due to be sentenced over a felony gun conviction in Delaware in June and California felony tax fraud charges.
Thus, on Sunday night, the president issued a statement from the White House declaring that he had just signed a "Full and Unconditional Pardon" for Robert Hunter Biden, 54.
