Minneapolis woman Phouvanh Keokaythinh is charged with laundering money and running an illegal marijuana farm for fentanyl dealer Lyndon Swarn, convicted in Monique Baugh's murder.
Swarn/Wiggins is currently serving a 19-year federal prison sentence after being convicted in March 2021 for possession with intent to distribute more than 33,000 fentanyl-laced Oxycodone pills. In June, he was also sentenced to life in state prison after being convicted in Hennepin County of aiding and abetting first-degree murder in relation to the New Year’s Eve 2019 kidnapping and killing of Monique Baugh, a 28-year-old local real estate agent.
