Doha, Qatar: Minister of Social Development and Family HE Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi, inaugurated on Monday the Doha Solutions Forum for Social Development.
The event was organized by the State of Qatar in collaboration with the French Republic and with the support of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA).
The convening of the forum is part of WSSD Doha 2025, hosted by the State of Qatar from Nov. 4 to 6.
The forum was intended to explore innovative solutions and effective policies in the areas of social development, in addition to enhancing international dialogue on avenues for building more comprehensive, just, and enduring communities.
In her opening remarks, Al Nuaimi affirmed that the forum epitomizes the State of Qatar's commitment to continuing its leading role in supporting social development both on the national and global stages, reflecting its vision of making humans the lynchpin of development objectives.
