A judge dismissed a lawsuit against Hamtramck, Michigan, ruling that the city's ban on LGBTQ+ flags on public property does not violate the Constitution.
"Hamtramck’s refusal to display the Gay Pride flag did not violate the Constitution," Lawson said.
