The bill's sponsor, state Rep. Betsy Coffia, D-Traverse City, said Friday ICE’s masking-up "mirror the tactics of secret police in authoritarian regimes and strays from the norms that define legitimate local law enforcement." He joined Fox News in 2013 as a writer and production assistant.
