Erik and Lyle Menendez will be eligible for parole after serving more than 30 years behind bars for the gruesome 1989 shotgun slayings of their parents, a Los Angeles judge ruled.
"I’m not suggesting they should be released [on parole]. That’s not for me to decide," he said.
Their fate now lies in the hands of the parole board and Calif. Gov. Newsom.
