Massachusetts man, Michael Williams, was arrested at the Boston City Hall on Friday morning after he attacked and bit police officers.

Boston Police Department officers attempted to stop him and asked him to immediately leave the premises. She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
