A California man was arrested and extradited to Maryland after DNA obtained from a crime scene 31 years ago matched with his profile in a database.
An investigation found that on Sept. 24, 1992, the female victim exited a bus near Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
