A Maryland man was indicted by a grand jury on 42 counts, including hate crimes, stemming from a shooting in June in which he allegedly killed three and injured three others.
FOX 5 in Washington, D.C. reported on Monday that Smith was indicted by an Ann Arundel County Grand Jury on Friday on 42 counts. Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
According to court documents, Smith is accused of confronting victims outside his Annapolis home after they approached his mother, Shirley Smith, to speak about a parking issue she called to complain about when a vehicle was blocking their driveway.
