Manufacturers can't keep up with the exploding bicycle demand

If you're looking to buy a bicycle this summer, you may be out of luck. 

A cycling boom sparked last year during the coronavirus pandemic has continued into 2021, creating short supply across the nation. Manufacturers are struggling to supply bikes to an exploding customer base of people newly eager to enjoy the outdoors. The shortage is leaving business owners with little or nothing in stock — and customers with few options.
