Manila Says Two Chinese Vessels Shadowed Philippine, US Ships

Two Chinese navy vessels shadowed Philippine and U.S. ships conducting joint patrols in the South China Sea, the Philippine military said on Thursday, as tensions flare in the region over disputed territorial claims.
