Mandar Chandwadkar, who plays the role of Bhide in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been diagnosed with Covid-19. The actor recently posted a video on social media giving his health update to fans.

After testing positive for the novel coronavirus, Mandar Chandwadkar AKA Bhide from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has posted a video on social media giving a health update to his fans. Earlier, his co-actor Mayur Vakani had also contracted the disease. In the video, Mandar asks his fans to stay safe and take care of themselves. In the video that Mandar posted on Instagram, he says that he is following all the instructions. He also requests everyone not to take the matter lightly and wear masks for safety. He also adds that he has isolated himself completely. The actor captioned his video, “Guys do take care of yourself plz plz wear mask n maintain social distance.. i am asymptomatic and shall resume work very soon.. till then take care n be safe (sic).”
