Well, here’s the deal. The man preparing the dosa at the roadside stall began by spreading the batter on a tawa layered with oil. To make corn cheese dosa, he put some butter on the batter, chilli powder, schezwan sauce, garam masala, chopped veggies such as onion and capsicum, salt, and coriander leaves apart from liquid cheese sauce and loads of grated cheese.
