Man escapes Louisiana jail for 2nd time as separate manhunt for New Orleans inmates continues

A repeat escapee breaks out of Tangipahoa Parish Jail amid a manhunt for five Orleans Parish inmates. Law enforcement agencies are actively searching for the fugitives.
