Malayalam screenwriter-actor Madampu Kunjukuttan dies of Covid-19 at 81

On Tuesday, National Award winning screenwriter Madampu Kunjukuttan died of Covid-19 at a private hospital in Thrissur. Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran, who was still reeling from the untimely death of Dennis Joseph, offered condolences to Madampu Kunjukuttan’s family.
The Malayalam film industry was still reeling from the untimely demise of screenwriter-director Dennis Joseph on Monday (May10) when they heard the news about the death of screenwriter-actor Madampu Kunjukuttan on Tuesday (May 11). A National-Award winning screenwriter, Madampu developed a high fever and was admitted to a private hospital in Thrissur.
