Luis Suarez was in tears as he sat on the turf for a video call after he won his maiden La Liga crown with Atletico Madrid on Saturday. Suarez won his 5th league title in Spain a year after being let go against his wishes by Barcelona.

Even as manager Diego Simeone and the rest of his teammates started celebrating after the final whistle was blown, Luis Suarez cut an emotional figure after they pipped their Madrid rivals to win the La Liga crown on Saturday. Suarez hit the winner as Atletico defeated Valladolid on the final league day to pip their cross-town rivals Real Madrid by 2 points.
