Former President Donald Trump will be arraigned Tuesday in federal court in Miami on 37 felony counts related to his alleged mishandling of classified documents. It is the first time the Department of Justice has ever charged a former president with a crime.
Trump told Fox News last week that he will plead not guilty.
Trump, who flew on his private plane to Miami on Monday, will travel via motorcade to the courthouse. He is set to make his court appearance at 3 p.m. ET. Cameras are not allowed in the courthouse.
