South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham is urging President Biden to send modern western tanks to Ukraine to aid the war effort against Russia.
"I appreciate France agreeing to provide light armored combat vehicles to Ukraine – but this is not enough," Graham tweeted.
