Knicks vs. 76ers Game 3 live updates: Knicks fall flat in Game 3 as Joel Embiid explodes for 50 points
NY Post
Knicks vs. 76ers has already been a thrilling NBA playoff series with a pair of tight battles at MSG.
Now, the series heads to Philadelphia with the 76ers in desperation mode.
Game 2 was another tightly contested affair with New York pulling out a 104-101 victory to take a 2-0 lead in the series after Donte DiVincenzo’s game-winning 3-pointer.
Jalen Brunson missed a number of shots in Game 2 but still ended up with 24 points.
The 76ers are hanging around, however, with each Joel Embiid (34 points) and Tyrese Maxey (35 points) looking like the best players on the court in Game 2.
Embiid doubled down on his performance and even boldly declared afterward that the 76ers will win the series.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.

Cade Cunningham, almost inarguably the best player in the East this season, is likely out for the remainder of the regular season. That’s the word out of Detroit following the depressing news that Cunningham punctured a lung when he took a knee to his side Tuesday from Washington’s Tre Johnson while chasing a loose ball.

Wednesday was another positive day at Yankees camp. For the first time since March 6, 2025 — an outing in which he knew “something wasn’t right,” which began a weeks-long saga that ended on the operating table for Tommy John surgery — Gerrit Cole was back on a mound and facing hitters in game action.
