Abrego Garcia is in court Friday morning wearing a red detention uniform. He faces counts of conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens for financial gain. The allegations relate to a traffic stop where Abrego Garcia drove a Chevrolet Suburban with nine Hispanic male passengers through Tennessee in 2022.
