Karnataka minister KS Eshwarappa stands by his ‘will hit back with same stick’ remark

Karnataka Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister KS Eshwarappa said he stands by his remark that BJP workers will hit back with the same stick when rivals attack them.

Senior BJP leader and Karnataka Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister KS Eshwarappa said he stands by his Sunday’s remark that BJP workers have been told to hit back when rivals attack them. Speaking at the BJP Shivamogga city wing executive committee meeting, KS Eshwarappa had said, “If someone attacks a BJP worker, we have instructed them to hit back the attacker with the same stick. We cannot remain silent.”
