
Kansas prosecutor withdraws search warrants used in controversial newspaper raid after owner's death

The district attorney of Marion County, Kansas, has withdrawn search warrants that may have violated the First Amendment rights of a small town newspaper.

To that end, he said a forensic investigator would examine the equipment to make sure no files were accessed unlawfully and to check for other tampering.
