Kajal Aggarwal to return to work after pregnancy, will resume Indian 2 shoot on THIS date

In an Instagram live session with Neha Dhupia, Kajal Aggarwal confirmed that she will be returning to work after pregnancy. She confirmed resuming Indian 2 shoot in September.

Kajal Aggarwal gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Neil Kitchlu, in April 2022. The actress took a break from work when she got pregnant in 2021. However, Kajal is now all set to bounce back to work. During an Instagram live session with Neha Dhupia, Kajal Aggarwal confirmed that she is still a part of Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, which is directed by Shankar. She also revealed when she would resume the film's shoot.

Kajal Aggarwal has been busy with her newborn son, Neil. Often, she takes to Instagram to share adorable pictures of her little munchkin.

For the past few days, rumours have been rife that Kajal Aggarwal is no longer a part of Indian 2. Since the actress gave birth to a son a few months back, it has been reported that the makers are looking for another heroine. However, Kajal shut down the rumours in style.

During an Instagram live session with Neha Dhupia, Kajal said, "I am resuming Indian 2 from 13th September. So, that's where I am going to be.” Neha cheered for her and encouraged her to get back on set.

Director Shankar's Indian 2 is a sequel to the film of the same name, which was released in 1996. The sequel was put on hold after a crane accident on set. Also, Shankar and Lyca Productions, the production house, had been at loggerheads due to multiple issues. Recently, it was reported that the issues have been sorted out.
