
Judge strikes down Texas law requiring pornographic sites to verify user age

U.S. District Judge David Ezra has blocked a Texas law that requires age verification to view pornographic websites, which he ruled too vague and a violation of the First Amendment.
The state attorney general's office, which is defending the law, immediately filed notice of appeal to the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
