Judge shuts down plea hearing after January 6 defendant claims he is innocent
CNN
Right-wing internet personality Anthime Gionet, who goes by the pseudonym "Baked Alaska," was supposed to plead guilty on Wednesday to illegally protesting in the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

"I'm never going to force someone to plead guilty who doesn't think they're guilty," said US District Judge Emmet Sullivan. "Never."
