U.S. Climate Envoy John Kerry said a wartime footing is needed to fight climate change, and said global targets will not be met at the current pace of effort.
"We can’t hit 1.5," he said. "We’re not on track to do it now, and it’s not clear, absolutely clear that we will get on track.", Pete Kasperowicz is a politics editor at Fox News Digital.
