
Joe Biden said two Democratic senators vote with Republicans more than their own party. Is he right?

President Joe Biden told a crowd in Tulsa on Tuesday that it wasn't exactly his fault that Congress wasn't passing more of his agenda.
"I hear all the folks on TV saying, why didn't Biden get this done," said Biden. "Well, because Biden only has a majority of, effectively, four votes in the House and a tie in the Senate with two members of the Senate who vote more with my Republican friends." Two top House lawmakers emerged divided along party lines after a private briefing with the military official who oversaw September’s attack on an alleged drug vessel that included a so-called double-tap strike that killed surviving crew members, with a top Democrat calling video of the incident that was shared as part of the briefing “one of the most troubling things” he has seen as a lawmaker.
