Jim Jordan snubs Jan. 6 interview request, setting up choice for committee whether to subpoena lawmakers

Rep. Jim Jordan said Sunday that he will not speak with the House Jan. 6 Committee, despite the committee calling him a "material witness" to its investigation.
Jordan is not the first lawmaker to decline to speak to the committee. Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., said a few days before Christmas that he would not sit for an interview with the Jan. 6 Committee.
