Jane Seymour is advising women to be authentically themselves. Seymour, 70, gave a special shoutout to Selena Gomez for being an "amazing" young actress.
"Don’t take it for granted. It isn’t easy. The balance of how you come across and how you conduct yourself is huge, sadly," Seymour told People magazine. "Don’t pretend to be 20 when you’re 70.
