Jacqueline Fernandez helps prepare and distribute meals in Mumbai during Covid crisis

Jacqueline Fernandez visited Roti bank, an NGO that provides food to those in need, in Mumbai. The actress prepared meals and distributed them to people.
The current situation in India is grim because of the second wave of the novel coronavirus pandemic. Celebrities have been trying to raise awareness and help those in need in dealing with the crisis. Jacqueline Fernandez too, is doing her bit. She has launched a foundation, You Only Live Once, which now has ties with several NGOs who are motivated to help people during the pandemic. She visited one such NGO, Roti Bank, in Mumbai and helped prepare and distribute meals to people. The actress shared several pictures from her visit to Roti Bank where she is seen preparing the food in the kitchen and handing out meals to those in need. She captioned the post, “Mother Teresa once said, ‘Peace begins when the hungry are fed.’ I was truly humbled and inspired to visit Mumbai @rotibankfdn today, which is run by former Mumbai police commissioner Mr. D Sivanandan. Roti Bank has prepared and distributed meals to millions of hungry people till date, even during the pandemic.
