J&K higher education, skill development institutions to reopen in phased manner

Jammu and Kashmir administrative authorities have given permission to higher education, skill development institutions to reopen in phased manner.

Jammu and Kashmir administration on Sunday announced that higher educational institutions and skill development centres can reopen in a phased manner for on-site learning post-July 31 provided students and staff are vaccinated. Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction State Executive Committee, Civil Secretariat, J&K The State Executive Committe said, “The public and private educational institutions are permitted to seek personal attendance of limited vaccinated staff for administrative purposes.
