Investment Holding Group announced as a result of the EGMheld on 29 May 2022, the change of the company’s name to “Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C” in English and " استثمار القابضة ش.م.ع.ق" in Arabic.
Investment Holding Group announced as a result of the EGMheld on 29 May 2022, the change of the company’s name to “Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C” in English and " استثمار القابضة ش.م.ع.ق" in Arabic.
Estithmar Holding also announced its new headquarter in The e18hteen tower in Marina Lusail, 26th floor.
Commenting on this, Henrik Christiansen, Group Chief Executive Officer of Estithmar Holding said: “the new name and trademark cope with our strategic approach towards a pioneering business in the local, regional and international markets, as we venture inservices, contracting and industries, as well as new promising sectors, specially: healthcare, tourism, services and modular construction”.
