Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction John Sopko told lawmakers the State Department has failed to comply with its legal obligations to turn over information.
In testimony to the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, Sopko warned that the Taliban is likely pilfering funds meant to assist the people of Afghanistan.
