
Indonesian court says no to medicinal marijuana legalization

Medical marijuana legalization was rejected by the Indonesia Constitutional Court this week. Judges said there is not enough research to justify its medical use.
The judges said there was insufficient research to justify a ruling in favor of the plaintiffs, but urged the government to "immediately" conduct research on the therapeutic usage of narcotics.
