A pastor in Indiana was relieve of his duties following him dressing in drag for a segment on HBO series 'We're Here.'
Rev. Craig Duke served at United Methodist Church in Newburgh, Indiana, before he was relieved of his duties at the start of December. He was not fired, according to a church official, as he did not commit any crimes or violate the United Methodist Book of Discipline.
He appeared on the HBO series "We’re Here," which is described as featuring three drag entertainers, including Shangela, traveling "to small cities and towns across the country, transforming locals into fierce drag queens."
