India to ensure Afghan situation not used to create cross-border terrorism: Rajnath Singh

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said the Indian government wants to ensure no one exploits the situation in Afghanistan to spread cross-border terrorism in India. 

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Sunday that India is closely monitoring the security situation in Kabul.
