New Delhi, India: The Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) rocket launch carrying as many as 16 satellites failed on Monday, with an "anomaly" reported in its third stage.
"The PSLV-C62 mission encountered an anomaly during end of the PS3 stage. A detailed analysis has been initiated," said ISRO in a post on X soon after the launch.
