Hamid Karzai, who served as Afghanistan president from 2001 to 2014, asked the people to stay in their homes and remain calm.

Former Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai has asked both government forces and the Taliban to protect the people as the terrorists, set to take over power in the country, entered the national capital Kabul. In a message to the people, former president Hamid Karzai asks the govt forces and Taliban to protect the people.
